Born January 26, 1928, she was the daughter of the late Ethel (Shank) Stottlemyer and Reed Paul Stottlemyer.
Louise is survived by her sister, Reeda P. Stottlemyer and her brother, Stanley E. Stottlemyer (Isabelle). She is also survived by nieces, Carol St. Clair and Jean Symonds (Doug); nephews, Corey Stottlemyer and Brian Stottlemyer (Lisa); grandnieces, Ashley Cox (Alex), Liberty Stottlemyer, and Ried Symonds; grandnephews, Ryan Symonds (Mallory), Stanley R. Stottlemyer, Cade Stottlemyer, Zeno Stottlemyer, Oliver Symonds, and Zefram Cox.
Louise was preceded in death by a sister, Irene St. Clair (Charlie), and a very young sister, Dolores Stottlemyer.
She graduated from Hagerstown High School and worked in business as a secretary and bookkeeper for insurance, real estate, office machines, and paint companies.
Louise was a member of St. John’s U.C.C. of Clear Spring.
She enjoyed family time and living in the country. Louise was there whenever family members needed her.
There will be no viewing or visitation.
A celebration of life and memorial will be held at a later date.
